Founded by the legendary Ace Erb in the early 1960's, this bait and tackle store evolved into one of the premier stops for outdoor enthusiasts that visit Lake McConaughy in western Nebraska. It literally began as a wood shed at Gate 13 Cedar Vue. Then in 1983 Al and Dee Patterson revived it's life and expanded the building into one of the premier outdoor supply stores on Lake McConaughy, known as Al and Dee's. In 2004, Jake and Kyna Latendresse became the owners and operators of this one stop shopping facility. With the foundation already set, our plans to expand include further development into the outdoor television industry. And who knows where it will go from there?

We provide everything you might forget from groceries, ice, cold beer, t-shirts, hats, fishing tackle, live bait, beach supplies, camping supplies, tools and hardware, propane, oil, auto and high performance boat fuel. Our facilities include a five acre RV campground that is normally fully occupied by year-round tenants, however, we are located adjacent to the Cedar Vue (Gate 13) Campground, which is the largest campground on Lake McConaughy. It is also the only campground on the big lake that offers shade from the intense sun and heat. The campground facilities include hot showers, toilets, 117 concrete pads with water hook-ups, electrical outlets, picnic tables, and grills. The kids can play on the swing sets and sand boxes too. It is a beautiful facility for your weekend relaxation.
